Rebounding can help work the muscles in the legs, increase your endurance, and strengthen your bones.  It is gentle on the joints, but allows you to work your cardiovascular system without taxing the body.  Rebounding also provides a detox for your body.  When you bounce up and down on a rebounder this creates an increase in the circulation of lymph fluid because of the gravitational pull that causes the lymph valves to open.  

Classes are high intensity,  progressive and coached.

You can join CrossFit Hymn, every Monday and Wednesday for a 45 minute rebounding class (Bounce) where you are guaranteed to be challenged and burn those extra collories.
